Advertised Job Summary:
Performs program development and implementation of building management system control strategies by maintaining the Metasys software archives and database to ensure accurate up to date Information; coordinating with the EMS Controls Supervisor to ensure the integrity of the Metasys System and to ensure acceptable program modifications and practices are utilized.
Prepares reports and documents and/or provides information for management review including trends, audits, and system needs; keeps management informed of software and hardware issues; shares best practices and resolves problems within the Metasys system; assists In the collection of data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of available resources.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma and 5 years experience in energy and building management control repair services relating to building and energy management controls systems, building mechanical systems, and/or advance refrigeration systems with knowledge and experience In a diversified building maintenance environment, and managing resources and inventories.
Drivers License required.
