The University of South Carolina School of Law invites applicants for tenure-track positions to begin fall semester 2020. The School of Law is interested in candidates who are qualified to teach in the area of commercial law. Candidates should have a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree. Additionally, a successful applicant should have a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise.
