This position will handle all business administration for the MBA Program Office, encompassing Pre-Term, Semester in San Francisco, and Global Immersion Program. This position will perform monthly reconciliation of these budgets and will also manage the internal account for Wharton Graduate Association/Student Activities Fund. Support collaborative process between Business Manager C, Grad Division and WEMBA and their financial administrative support staff to ensure timely completion of deliverables pertaining to an array of activities, including annual tax reporting and year-end close. Run reports and reconcile transactions as assigned. Serve as COA concur reviewer for select departments within the Grad Division. Track lodging and catering invoices for Wemba cohorts in Philadelphia and San Francisco. Keep current on policy/procedure changes and train other financial admin staff on processes relating to payroll, general ledgers, and the payment card program.
