Responsibilities include office support for Commencement, Orientation, and all student activities programming. Clerical office support for the Director of Student Activities. Additional office responsibilities to support Student Activities team as needed.
Data entry for Commencement data base
Data entry for Orientation including students and speakers
Data entry and upkeep of 25-live room reservation software
Touchnet support including whitecoats and einsteinwear
Support processing of Purchase Orders
Distribution of student parking passes
Update student activities calendars
Track inventory for Einsteinwear and whitecoats as well as the student activities storage room
Submit departmental service request forms as needed to various departments including housekeeping, security, AV, IT, and grounds
Food and beverage assistance for events
Yearbook support including tracking departmental and family ads
Office triage, walk-ins, phone calls with food orders, jury duty, flyer approvals, virtual store pickups
Work on site as part of the team to execute successful programming. Work includes nights and weekends as needed.
Perform other office duties as assigned
