**HMHAS Mental Health & Addictions Services** 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Day shift (Monday-Friday). The RN will serve as the care coordinator for a large caseload. Duties will include the monitoring of medication, care coordination, developing and implementing patient treatment plans, crisis assessment and evaluation. RNs will assist in the training of medical and nursing students and the psychiatric residents assigned to the unit. For the Care Management program this position will provide oversight of the assessment and stabilization services to clients in need with the goal to prevent or reduce acute illness, high-risk behaviors, incarceration and other crises. This position will facilitate linkage and coordination with on-going services and community supports.. RN2 will also be working 8 hours per week on the Specialized Treatment for Early Psychosis Team. This will involve working with clients who have recently had a first episode of psychosis that are seeking outpatient treatment and are between the ages of 15-40. Nurse will provide coordinated care, medication support and education regarding health and wellness.
**Clinic Float Pool** 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, Day shift; & Per diem/hourly position available. The Clinic (AACS) Float Pool provides coverage for RNs that expands across Harborview’s Campus to include Ninth and Jefferson and Maleng Buildings as well as clinics located at Patricia Steel (PSB) and Pioneer Square Clinic. Minimum Qualifications: Must have 1-2 years of med-surg experience Must be willing to provide care to full population range to include Pediatric and OB/Gynecology populations Recommended Qualifications: IV and phlebotomy skills Pediatric Experience OB/GYN Experience Working knowledge of EPIC
**AACS Primary Care Clinics- Care Manager** Hourly/Per-diem Ambulatory Care RN Care Manager position available Looking for an hourly/per-diem RN/Care Manager to work across Harborview's AACS Primary Care Clinics in providing outpatient care management, population health, transitional care outreach. The per diem hours would be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:30PM. This position could be up to full-time hours thru the end of February, 2020 and TBD beginning 3/1/2020.
**7MB Specialty Clinics** 100% FTE (40 hours per week), day shift position open (M-F, approx. 8:30-5). This position includes working in urology, chest, kidney, GI, and liver clinics. Requires two years RN work experience.
**Heart Institute/Cardiology Clinic** Hourly, Variable, all holidays off. The Heart Institute at Harborview Medical Center provides consultation and follow-up care for patients referred to the clinic for cardiac-related issues. Services include the evaluation and management of cardiac-related health problems, patient education, cardiac imaging; including heart catheterization and electrophysiology, stress testing and cardiac CT. Other services include anticoagulation monitoring, ECGs and echocardiography.
**HCSATS (Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress)** Per diem SANE position (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner). On call position providing care to adult, adolescent and pediatric victims of sexual assault including physical exam and forensic evidence collection. Service currently is provided at Harborview Medical Center and Valley Medical Center at a minimum. Program may expand in the next year to cover additional facilities in the Seattle area. 40 hour didactic SANE training is provided along with extensive orientation. Minimum availability of 72 hours per month in 12 or 24 hour shifts. Must be able to respond to cases at all 5 hospitals we serve (Harborview, Swedish 1st Hill, Children’s, UW Medical Center and Valley) within a 45 min to 1 hour response time. Emergency department, Women’s health and/or Pediatric experience preferred.
