To provide professional administration skills in the daily operations and special projects of the Field Office.
Field Staff are able to properly utilize the system in its full capacity.
Monitor Field database to ensure it is functioning properly.
Develop procedures and protocols for the review of agency applications and affiliation agreements.
Work with UT Arlington's Legal Team, Agencies' Legal Teams, the Field Office Administrative Assistant and the Assistant Dean of Field Education to ensure all agencies are affiliated timely and correctly.
Assist with the coordination of student placement verification along with the Administrative Assistant.
Assist with the coordination of the Field Office and other campus services, such as the Legal Department, Office for Students with Disabilities, etc.
Assist the Assistant Dean of Field Education with special projects for students and agencies, such as Field Day/Career Day, student course changes, orientations, etc.
Communicate clearly with students, Field Liaisons and agency Field Instructors throughout the semester regarding the Field database and other Field Needs.
Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years upper level secretarial experience or high school diploma with six (6) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical experience.
