We are seeking a Dean of Enrollment Management who will provide leadership, strategic direction, management and oversight for all activities related to admissions, financial aid and the Office of Registrar.
This is a full-time, administrative position.
Examples of Duties:
Direct the enrollment services functions, including recruitment, outreach, admissions processing, registration records and student financial assistance
Collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions
Assess recruitment and marketing efforts and implement innovative enrollment strategies
Develop, implement and evaluate the enrollment marketing plan
Manage the registration process
Lead efforts to employ information systems and technology to support enrollment management
Communicate all policies, procedures and change in Admissions, Registration and Financial Aid operations to the college community
Oversee communication with federal and state financial aid representatives in collaboration with the college's general counsel
Participate and serve on college committees as designated by the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs
Perform other related duties, as assigned by the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs
A Master's degree in education, student personnel services, or business administration or related field is required
Ten (10) years of experience in enrollment management
Experience with student information systems/databases, preferably with Ellucian software
Extensive knowledge of federal, state and institutional financial assistance program and veterans benefit programs
Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
Current knowledge of educational trends, issues and challenges for community colleges
Experience in a diverse environment
Strong technical/computer skills necessary to produce publications
