The UK College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a full-time, 12 month, tenure track, Assistant or Associate Professor in the Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the Department or Oral Health Science. This is a faculty position with emphasis on instructional activities.
The primary responsibility of this position is to organize and execute programs related to teaching of oral & maxillofacial surgery to doctoral and postdoctoral level students. Patient care is an important part of the service commitment. Responsibilities include teaching, direct patient care, research/scholarly activity, professional development, and administration.
Candidates must have a DMD/DDS degree from a college of dentistry accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA), or a combined DMD/DDS & MD degrees; have a certificate in oral & maxillofacial surgery from an institution accredited by CODA; be board eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery; licensed or eligible for license to practice dentistry in the state of Kentucky, and demonstrate clinical experience and expertise in oral & maxillofacial surgery.

Required License/Registration/Certification :

Currently licensed, or eligible for license, to practice dentistry in the state of Kentucky.
