DUTIES: The Office of Affiliations is seeking a Staff Associate to include but not limited to the following duties: - Filing, maintaining office supply inventory and ordering supplies as needed. - Coordinate with DMC's affiliation departments to obtain various schedules and reports. - Coordinate and participate with auditing activities. - Develop and implement procedures for document flow between various departments. - Work closely with the Joint Oversight Committee (JOC) on affiliation matters. - Attend meetings and prepare agenda and minutes for distribution to JOC members. - Assist in the preparation of various operational and fiscal reports. - Assist in the preparation of various monthly, quarterly and annual reports. - Assist in the preparation of special projects and other duties as assigned. (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field and/or Five (5+) or more years of work experience in an academic medical setting. - Ability to develop computer models for productivity analysis in Excel format. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programming. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
