The Program Coordinatorâ™s primary focus is to provide support for programmatic efforts that fall within the Leadership Development for Part-Time MBA Program officeâ™s scope of work. This includes: LAUNCH, Leadership In Practice, Leadership Retreat, Booth Women Advance, as well as Executive MBA Program leadership development needs. Additionally, this position is essential to the administrative functions of the office.
The Program Coordinator position is a part-time, temporary position expected to last 6-12 months.
Provide programmatic support for LEAD sessions (LAUNCH, Kick-Off Week) and Leadership Development electives (Leadership In Practice (LIP), Leadership Retreat, Booth Woman Advance (BWA), etc.).
Identify and initiate logistical needs for program/class delivery, including: session planning, room reservations, material preparation, catering requests, fulfilling AV and facilitator needs, etc.
Support the administrative and data processing tasks essential for all self-assessments and data collection utilized for LEAD, LIP, Leadership Retreat, and BWA.
Prepare and manage event logistics, which includes: scheduling, managing registrations, processing event refunds, class reminders, etc.
Assist in conducting research for current and new leadership development topics.
Assist in recording evaluation data, which measures the effectiveness/success of electives/classes and identify themes showcasing success and opportunities for growth.
Help staff events, sessions, etc.
Some evening, early morning, and weekend work is required.

Ability to achieve objectives with minimal direction, demonstrate leadership skills and a self-starter.

Education, Experience or Certifications:
Some college coursework required.
One year of directly related professional experience required.
Experience working in higher education or in corporate/NFP preferred.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
