Position will be focused on achieving the aims for the PCORI sponsored REGAIN Trial (PI: Dr. Mark Neuman) and will be situated in and integrated operationally with the Division of Orthopaedic Trauma. The ideal candidate will be amenable to being present for the normal work day as well as for on-call service during non-traditional hours as the needs of the REGAIN Trial require and as appropriate within the overall structure within the Division of Orthopaedic Trauma. The position will be expected to know all the standard duties and training requirements of a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) at Penn and be able to fulfill all these duties with respect to the REGAIN Trial. The ideal candidate will be fully engaged in the REGAIN Trial activities, will support the REGAIN team as needed, and will be engaged in other activities as directed. The duties/responsibilities for this position include: * Prepare and submit IRB regulatory documents * Assist with meetings and patient engagement * Recruit, screen, and enroll subjects according to protocol * Schedule and conduct follow-up interviews; complete CRFs * Organize and maintain study regulatory binders, source documentation, and patient binders * Perform data QA/QC and responds to queries * Manage study closeout activities
