Provide general office support to the Executive Director of Community Engagement
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Answer telephones and provide information regarding a variety of programs. *Manage Executive Director's expense reports, credit card statements *Schedule meetings for Executive Director *Arrange travel, lodging, reservations and secure all logistics for travel conferences and/or events *Maintain budget and provide updated budget reports, as needed *Order office supplies as needed through University purchasing system *Coordinate events *Maintain and schedule appointment calendars. *Perform any and all related duties as required or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High School education plus two years related experience required. Must possess excellent customer service skills, flexibility, prioritization and organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain manual and electronic filing systems; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and calendar systems; ability to access created networked files, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Successful candidate will be expected to exhibit individual initiative, work independently; effectively communicate in written reports; possess strong attention to detail; and have strong communication skills.
