UCSF FRESNO NEURO-INTENSIVE CARE FACULTY POSITIONS
The UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG) are currently recruiting a fifth faculty member to join the Division of Neurocritical Care. Candidates at the Assistant, Associate or Professor rank with subspecialty training and/or experience in intensive care management of patients with neurological diagnoses. The successful applicants will provide intensive care for both neurosurgical and neurological patients in a dedicated Neurological ICU. Applicants must be board certified in one of the following specialties Neurology, Neurosurgery, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine with additional fellowship training in Neurological Critical Care, Board Certified or Eligible in Neurocritical Care, able to obtain a US Medical license and have a Medical Degree or equivalent. Academic appointment at UCSF and compensation are commensurate with applicant’s credentials. The Neurosciences Center is expanding with additional neurosurgeons and interventional neurologists to expand the current Joint Commission-accredited Stroke Center and American College of Surgeons-accredited Level One Trauma Center. The program is located at Community Regional Medical Center, a tertiary level referral center in the Central Valley. The program is based in Fresno, California, where residents enjoy a high standard of living combined with a low cost of living.
