Assistant Professor of Global Health Nursing - (190000N3)
The Office of Global Health seeks a 12-month, Assistant Professor. They will work in conjunction with the Director of the Office of Global Health and OGH faculty and staff as well as external local and global stakeholders, to advance UMSON's global health education, programmatic, and research mission of the school. The 12- month, assistant professor will work in conjunction with the Director of the Office of Global Health, the OGH team, and external local and global stakeholders to advance UMSON's global health education, programmatic, and research mission of the school. They will assist with global health programmatic activities, curriculum development, didactic instruction, inter-professional collaboration and program management and evaluation. The assistant professor in global health will teach global health courses, apply and administer global health funded projects, including implementing and managing programmatic and research activities. They will prepare reports and scholarly publications, participate in global health partnership activities (including traveling internationally with and/or without students), and mentor global health students.
Ph.D. or Dr. PH preferred; Degree in Nursing Required;
Global Health Program management/implementation experience preferred
