Essential Functions: Support and facilitate the initiative designed to help expectant mothers deliver healthy, full-term babies. This program is designed to help prevent premature births by giving pregnant women the support and medical interventions they need.Act as a main point-of-contact to patients and connect them to various resources to ensure a healthy pregnancy.Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations when collecting and storing personal health information for research purposes.Help provide robust education surrounding the importance of preterm birth awareness and healthy pregnancy outcomes.Collaborate with community partners and assist in planning and conducting health awareness events.Assist in the planning and coordination of fundraising events including event planning, marketing, and the recruitment of sponsors and donors.Develop and write grant proposals to foundations and other grant-making organizations, communicating the organization's mission and programs to potential funders.Assist in evaluating the fiscal administration of grant programs and ensure compliance with the rules and regulations administered by the grantor.Manage the preparation of the company's budget and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.Coordinate guest speaker invitations and programs.Assist in maintaining, generating and implementing new web materials.Organize multi-faceted workloads with multiple deadlines while working on supervised and independent projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, health or a related filed.Strong verbal, written and communication skills.Proficient computer and internet skills.Strong time management and analytical skills.Ability to anticipate needs while continuing to maintain high level of professionalism.
