Reporting to the Executive Director, Master's and Certificate Programs, the Director of Business Operations will ensure operational effectiveness across Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Program Operations, Marketing and Admissions teams. Core areas of leadership responsibilities for this position include: creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with Associate Directors for each unit; coaching, internal training, and skill-building for staff, and working cross-functionally with the entire PGME team to ensure that all educational activities are planned, marketed and executed according to the highest quality standards. Given the wide range of responsibility within this role, the position requires an operational expert and utility player able to manage multiple competing priorities and identify the most efficient ways to deliver results.
Provides assistance to Executive Director, Certificate and Master's in supporting the creation, delivery, and evaluation of a growing portfolio of certificate programs and master's degrees Liaise with PGME leadership to drive operational activities and achieve strategic goals. Lead the strategy and activities of the Program Operations, Marketing, and Admissions units to ensure schedules and deliverables are met. Support Executive Director, Accredited and Online Programs and larger Continuing Medical Education team with operational projects and issues as required.
Program Operations In collaboration with the Associate Director, Program Operations oversee the full cycle of program-related activities from pre-launch planning to post-program analysis.
Marketing In collaboration with the Associate Director, Marketing Operations oversee all efforts to design, drive, and implement marketing strategies and initiatives across the full spectrum of PGME programs, including certificate programs, master's degrees and continuing medical education courses.
Admissions Develop and ensure efficient processes for financial paths in Cvent are in place for student payment and financial functions with appropriate billing codes, billing pathways, and payment methods.
Administrative Operations Develop and review activity budgets, monitor progress and proactively flag issues. Work closely with Finance to manage the departmental budget and provide a monthly forecast for revenue and expenses. Manage Business Operations teams and lead major projects and initiatives, including ongoing Salesforce integration project. Assist the CME team with operational project support as required. Supervise the Associate Directors Program Operations, Marketing, and two (2) Admissions Coordinators. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote all aspects of program implementation and delivery.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Eight to ten years of operational experience in the fields of education, business, professional development. Experience in healthcare academia highly desirable.
Master's Degree a plus
