The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is responsible for acting as the Assistant to the Vice President of University Relations, managing the day-to-day operations of the University Relations office, managing the public relations interns and undergraduate assistants, and trafficking media clips and incoming media calls, including media requests. The administrative assistant manages attendance at regional and charitable events, including tables, RSVPs and journal advertising, and assists with the coordination of meetings and internal events. The administrative assistant also manages all correspondence and coordinates mailings and events with other executive offices.
