The Office of Talent Acquisition is looking for a creative, ambitious, goal oriented individual to provide professional, administrative support. This person will sit in the heart of the institution working along with other outstanding talents in the Division of Human Resources to successfully fulfill our recruitment efforts.
The selected candidate will perform the following essential duties in this very important role:
Provide assistance and administrative support for the Office of Talent Acquisition
Be a point of contact to assist employees, customers, HR contacts, and college/divisions, and other campuses
Serve at the front desk greeting customers and monitor calls
Organize office and assist associates
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Perform duties in the PeopleAdmin ATS such as posting positions, closing positions, reactivating applications
Assist with the dissemination of the underutilization letters to hiring managers

Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
