This position provides general and specialized program support to the Oregon Registry and Trainer Programs. This includes, but is not limited to, providing technical assistance for the various online management systems, organizing reports, uploading and updating Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORMS) for an online learning management system (LMS), creating and formatting training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and public facing documents, proofing scripts for online training modules, and coordinating logistics for training events.
Experience with customer/public information service.
Experience with maintaining databases or utilizing software applications (Survey software, marketing and communication, learning management system).
Previous experience with Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentations).
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project office environment.
Ability to understand and work with a variety of programs and diversity of individuals.
General knowledge of or interest in Childhood Care and Education field.
General knowledge of Professional Development systems and programs.
Experience with maintaining databases AND utilizing software applications (survey software, marketing and communication, learning management system).
Experience with basic website layout and design.
Comfort with navigating and learning new software.
Oral and written bilingual communication skills – Spanish/English, Russian/English, Vietnamese/English, and/or Chinese/English.
