The Temporary Employment Service (TES) at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh is a highly recognized internal resource with a passion for providing excellent customer service and value to a dynamic campus population. We partner with the campus community to provide temporary clerical support in assignments of varying length.
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with temporary, part-time availability who is equally as passionate about engaging with a campus community that excels in creativity and supports innovation. In this temporary, part-time role, you will be responsible for providing detailed clerical and administrative support for a specific operation within the Office of Human Resources with proficiency and integrity. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior administrative/office support experience; one year experience preferred
PC proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Prior experience in a university environment preferred
This position is temporary part-time requiring daily attendance.
