This position will provide administrative support in the School of Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs.
The incumbent will assist with Faculty Excellence initiatives, web site design and ongoing management, technological optimization, data management and reporting, faculty appointment verification, institutional licensure and contact letters, Provost/Chancellor letter review and distribution, budget level review, and employee record processing. The incumbent will also be responsible for scheduling, special projects, greeting visitors, screening calls, handling inquiries and filing.
Bachelor degree preferred. Experience using Excel and web based forms and applications preferred.
