Position Summary: Reporting to the Outreach Manager, the HLT IV Supervisor is responsible for all operations of the Pre-analytical processing and collection in Support Services. Selects, orients and trains new staff, directs workflow, coaches and disciplines staff, defines performance expectations, assures excellent customer service, ensures staff competency, maintains accurate records, provides for effective communication and encourages ongoing employee development. Serves as a technical resource for service related issues in this laboratory sub-section, especially related to customer service, service to practitioners and problem solving, specimen requirements and handling.
Rate Minimum $57,400.00 Maximum $97,300.00
