Applicants should have an expectation of publishing in the Econometrica, AER, JPE, Review of Economic Studies or comparable outlets. Applicants should have a PhD and/or research in Economics or Mathematics. The start date for the position is July 1, 2019. This is one year assignment with funding for up to three years.
The economics department at UK has a highly productive core of research-oriented faculty that have published extensively in top general readership and field journals in economics. The department has a vibrant PhD program as well. Salary and teaching load are competitive with leading public universities.
