Responsibilities include teaching twelve credit hours of mathematics courses each semester. Requirements include an earned M.A., M.S., M.A.T. (with at least 18 cr of graduate courses in mathematics), or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, by the time of the appointment (August 1, 2019). Candidates should be qualified to teach general education mathematics courses including college algebra, trigonometry, finite mathematics, statistics, calculus for non-mathematics majors, and the first year calculus sequence for mathematics majors.
