Lead, analyze, plan, test and implement technical solutions that support the strategic operations of the Division of Student Affairs & Diversity. Develop and maintain processes for effective data management leading to the generation of complex reports, databases, dashboards, data analytics, and other relevant technologies. Evaluate technical processes and provide flexible solutions for use/integration across the division. Create and maintain documentation of business processes. Create and present technology training workshops and presentations for the division.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Three years information management experience, including data analysis, data queries using SQL in relational databases, data quality maintenance and reporting, and using advanced features of tools such as Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Ellucian Banner and workflow modeling. Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and experience with technology project management.
