Manages the customizations and provides support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and retention technologies.
Corresponds with internal and external partners to develop specific customizations within the CRM and retention tables.
Manages the daily operations of CRM and Retention Systems.
Conducts training (virtual and in-person) and coach's users as needed after implementation of the technology.
Coordinates recruitment and retention strategic initiatives as part of a system-wide scope.
Monitors user usage and access to CRM tools and Retention software and maintains tables in PeopleSoft to manage roles beyond the advisors and recruiters.
Performs other duties as assigned.
