There are 4 shifts: For shifts from 5am-3pm and10a-7pm, you will need to be able to work an 8-hourshift within this 10-hour time frame. There is an opportunity for an 8a-5pm shift and a 3rd shiftof 6pm-2:30am. You will also need tobe able to work every other weekend.
Your primaryresponsibilities will be to use appropriate customer satisfaction techniques,disburse and collect cash for meals, provided to hospital guests and staff. Great customer service essential andexperience preferred. at customer venue
Performs approved cash handling responsibilities.
Operates cash register with over/short cash percentage within acceptable range.
Assumes responsibility for other food service duties.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - (NOVICE):- Demonstrates the ability to influencecustomers. Knows how to verify and clarify the needs and expectations ofcustomers. Responds quickly and efficiently to customer service requests.Participates in and conducts meetings with customers. Keeps customers informedof status via standard reporting techniques. Meets the continuing service needsof a customer group, including requests for changes in work content. Respondsto customers with an appropriate level of urgency, energy, persistence and tenacity.
FOOD REPLENISHMENT (FUNDAMENTAL AWARENESS):- Has limited experience,training, direct exposure, or past experience working with food replenishment.
POINT OF SALE (POS) (NOVICE):- Possesses sufficient fundamentalproficiency to successfully demonstrate Point Of Sale operations in practicalapplications of moderate difficulty. Generally works under the direction ofothers while accomplishing assignments. Has retained equivalent knowledge frompast experience.
CASH DRAWER BALANCING (FUNDAMENTAL AWARENESS):- Has received trainingand has a solid understanding of the cash drawer balancing required regardingwork assignments. Adheres to the established procedures and methods within thework area.
5a-3pm M-F and rotating weekends
10a-7pm M-F and rotating weekends â candidatemust have the flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between these 10-hour shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED and/or minimum of 1-yearcustomer service and food service environment experience preferred
