The Kelley Indianapolis Career Services office (KICS) located in the Kelley School of Business on the IUPUI campus has an opening for an Associate Director, KICS-Student Services. The KICS office is located within the office of Kelley Academic and Professional Development (KAPD) which also houses the Kelley Undergraduate Program. This area is centrally located on the beautiful urban IUPUI campus.

The Associate Director in collaboration with the Director of Career Services will help drive the mission of Kelley Indianapolis Career Services (KICS) and the Kelley Hub. Student Services, within KICS, will help to support the highly competitive Kelley Indianapolis Undergraduate and Graduate Accounting Programs serving over 1600+ students through a complete range of career services. In addition this position will be instrumental to the success of the Kelley Hub, a venture aimed at reversing management talent labor shortages in key industries within central Indiana.
The Associate Director oversees the direction and operations of student services for Kelley Indianapolis Career Services focusing on the delivery of comprehensive career education programming and services to Kelley Indianapolis students and alumni. This role will oversee all aspects of student services including experiential learning programs, co-curricular programming, career coaching, graduate and professional school planning, and the management of student-related systems. This position will also oversee the collection and reporting of all Key Performance Indicators and metrics related to student services.
The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal abilities including strong communication skills and comfort with public speaking. Must have a proven track record of implementing successful student development programs and services. Knowledge of a wide variety of career opportunities for business students and a strong understanding of career development theory. Successful candidates will possess an interest in working in a highly-collaborative team environment, and a relentless commitment to facilitating world-class undergraduate and graduate student learning and career development. Preference given to candidates with experience supervising professional and support staff and enthusiasm for working with business students.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree, plus 5 years of experience in a student services, career services, human resources or a highly-related field.
