We are currently seeking a Secretary III to work in our Crisis Clinic and Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) Department in Newark. Provides secretarial and general office services.
Receives and assists visitors.
Answers telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
Triages and transfers calls to the Crisis Clinic or EISS clinical staff and managers.
Completes appropriate internal paperwork (paper or electronic) required by the respective programs.
Maintains an accurate filing system to meet the needs of the programs.
Manages internal and external mail.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited program in secretarial studies plus two (2) years of full-time secretarial experience.
An additional year of experience is required in lieu of the secretarial program. College credits may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for secretarial experience. A maximum of sixty (60) credits or two (2) years may be substituted for two (2) years of secretarial experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Proficiency in Access a plus.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft.
