Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Administrative Assistant B will assist in the coordination and execution of various key divisional processes. This position supports the Division Chair, Program Manager, and Faculty associated for the Applied Psychology-Human Development programs within the Human Development and Quantitative Methods Division. The Administrative Assistant B will assist the Program Manager with: 1) administrative support for Faculty, 2) recruitment and admissions, 3) admissions processing and enrollment, 4) admissions correspondence, 5) event-planning for activities as needed, 6) scheduling and preparing for meetings, 7) alumni tracking, correspondence, and relationship building, 8) organizing, maintaining, and updating division files and records (both paper and electronic), 9) revisions, enhancements, and maintenance of the division’s web pages, 10) coordinating special projects as required (e.g., the mapping project).
