Provide administrative support for multiple faculty members within the Division of Biostatistics. Duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating travel; scheduling meetings; processing accounts payable requests; preparing materials for graphic presentations, coursework, and manuscripts for publication in scientific journals; drafting and editing correspondence and other documents; coordinate all aspects of large-scale annual meetings and scientific conferences for the division; maintaining complex filing systems (paper and electronic); performing data entry in various databases and reviewing information for accuracy; providing cross-coverage for other administrative coordinators within the division; and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
