Position Description: Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Principal Cook, and/or Cook perform specialized sub-journeyman level food preparation work. Responsible for preparation, production and/or service of food products from specified menus to guests. Prepare menu items and recipes according to production and quality standards. Assign and monitor food production needs to team members and ensure production needs are met. Adhere to all food handling and sanitation guidelines. Follows established timelines for food production as required by customer flow and scheduled private events. Interact with team members and guests in a high volume dining environment.
