The dentist will be able to: perform oral and X-ray examinations; perform the full range of restorative procedures; perform dental extractions or operations;perform a full range of dental procedures allowed by the incumbent's licensure; prepare and keep clinical records; perform dental prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal services; participate in staff conferences and meetings.
Reports to the Acting Lead Dentist regarding the dental quality of care. Reports to Dental Practice Manager regarding administrative matters as they relate to the overall functioning of the Dental Clinic at the Student Health Center. Daily work is coordinated with the Dental Practice Manager, who supervises the schedules and monitors the condition of operatory rooms and X-rays units. Professional relationships are maintained with other providers in the local community.

Salary: Annual $91,900.00 - $137,600.00 Total Hours: 20% FTE, One day a week Limited Appt Position, 20% Although this position's schedule is M-F and during traditional work hours, weekends or non-traditional work hours may be required for special projects or busy times of the year, or when strict deadlines must be met. In the case of extended hours, this position may be required to work those hours.
