Under the general supervision of the Student Support Services (SSS) TRIO Project Director, the TRIO SSS Project Advisor will provide direct services and coordinate programs for the federal TRIO-SSS grant project and counsel student participants on their personal, financial, and academic needs. This new grant project will serve students who are from low-income backgrounds and/or first-generation college students and/or students who have a disability. Student Support Services provides a broad array of services related to academic, financial, career and personal support to help participants acclimate thrive and succeed. The TRIO grant is funded from the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Postsecondary Education's Student Support Services Program.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Contract Position. This position is a grant-funded, 100% contract position (renewing annually) with full benefits.
