This position will work with Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research (CACR) leadership and staff to provide and support IT solutions. This includes making recommendations and supporting use of IU-provided services; diagnosing technical problems and taking appropriate corrective action for issues; configuring and administering workstations and mobile devices within the center; and anticipating and planning for future IT needs. The IT support specialist will coordinate and support IT usage within the center ensuring that hardware and software is in place to meet the needs of project staff and ensuring IU IT policies are followed.
REQUIRED: Associates degree in computer science or a closely related field and one year experience in hardware and software support.

Committed to keeping abreast of technology best practices, willingness and ability to learn quickly, and a high commitment to a team approach. Work independently with little supervision to deliver service and technical support to leadership and staff of the center.
