Under the direction of the Division Director and the administrative supervisor, this position provides administrative support and resource to faculty members in a developmental pediatrics office and clinic-based setting. This position will provide clerical support for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics as well as assistance to the fellowship and residency program coordinator. This will include preparation of rotation schedules, calendars, student evaluations, and other scholarly activities. Responsibilities also include working in Concur for travel arrangements, completing travel authorizations, and reimbursements. Other responsibilities include ordering educational materials and office supplies through E-shop and print services. Must exemplify excellent customer service and flexibility.
