Bachelor's degree in CS, IS or related field required.
Minimum 2 years experience in hardware/software configuration, support, and integration on current Windows versions including Windows 8 and Windows 10.
Minimum 2 years experience working with Microsoft Active directory, remote console troubleshooting, and network printing configuration and troubleshooting.
Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills required.
Macintosh hardware and software experience with latest versions of Mac OSX required.
Minimum 1 year of supervision experience.
Microsoft Office product experience
Basic understanding of IP addressing and basic network protocols
Blackboard or other LMS experience
Self-motivated and a self-starter, following projects through to completion
Coordinate IT Helpdesk support for students, faculty and staff.
Maintain a working knowledge of the Windows and Macintosh operating systems and the associated applications for these platforms.
Work with hardware support staff in troubleshooting recurring hardware/software issues.
Collaborate with Technical Support unit to ensure supported hardware/software are included in the standard images.
Collaborate in training and supervision and support of Level 1 staff at the helpdesk.
Supervise full time and part time staff.
Provide all needed support for President's office and residence computing needs.
Provide support for Operations Staff in their Help Desk support role.
Provide administrator support for Helpdesk ticketing software.
Administrate and contribute to the Helpdesk knowledge base.
Other duties on a part time or permanent basis, as assigned.
