Job Description: 1)Perform administrative support for center director 2)Provide accounting duties across all center; expense, procurement cards, income, grant and research accounts 3)Provide support in development of financial reports for center operations 4)Manage payroll time entry and leave balances 5)Act as initial point of contact and direct information and inquiries to appropriate parties 6)Provide assistance to center employees with UT fiscal and personnel policies interpretation
Required Skills 1)Knowledge of accounting and financial operations 2)Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task 3)Ability to maintain an organized inventory and record keeping system 4)Ability to generate financial reports and predictions for center director 5)Skilled in communications with the public, industry representatives and University personnel 6)Skilled with all relevant computer programs 7)Skilled in scheduling and event planning 8)Ability to work well with others
