The employee assists customers in registration, fee receipting and recording, assignment of classes and customer support for training classes offered by the agency. The customers are primarily county officials and their employees. Other duties include administrative support to the management and the staff of the agency and the associations representing county government officials in Tennessee.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service and program support: oAssist customer with enrollment, course registration, testing, transcripts, and other training requests. oGenerate reports for data on enrollment, course information, course evaluation and participant records. oSupport to training department for CTAS conferences and training programs. Agency Support: oSupport CTAS staff in making copies, assembling manuals, distributing materials to staff and customers. oMaintain inventory through ordering supplies, organizing supply room, assisting with special orders and maintaining the records associated with the ordering of supplies. Reconciling shipping receipts to orders, and stocking the supply room. oAssociation support for registration and general assistance with programs during conferences and various meetings across the state. oVarious office work as assigned.
