MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND BUSINESS ANALYST , Open Learning , to develop actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, inform product development and pricing, and identify new opportunities. Major activities include conducting market and industry research; augmenting and employing tools to identify, collect, and synthesize learner data; researching potential partners and customers; and delivering pertinent intelligence and business implications in a concise, understandable way. Will also work across the organization to identify pressing questions, prioritize projects, and develop standardized reports and self-service access to critical information.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in a quantitative or business-related field, at least five years' relevant experience in consulting, market research, or other related field; demonstrated history performing duties requiring quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking; attention to detail; experience identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing data into clear, compelling conclusions; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team; proven ability to identify, structure, and analyze complex problems; proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time while working independently and to develop relationships across an organization; strong technical experience using statistical and presentation software; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of managers; self-motivation; and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
