The Patient Access Business Analyst Senior position acts as the link between the IT department and the business units. This position must ensure that the most appropriate technologies are being used by the right people; have substantial knowledge in subject matters relevant to both IT and the revenue cycle to ensure each system is working; stay abreast of changes in the industry and technology as well as changes in Federal, State and University laws, regulations, policies and guidelines to guarantee compliance. These duties facilitate prompt and accurate patient registrations, submission of all hospital claims and patient statements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, business analysis, and IT administration. Ideally the candidate will have experience with patient access and registration.

Bachelor's degree in IT or Business field or combination of highly preferred.
