The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall successful and efficient execution, maintenance, and enhancement of technical systems and business processes in the Office of Admission.
Responsibilities include: -Daily activities related to administration of data systems in the office, including but not limited to the Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate), application vendors (currently Common Application and Coalition Application), and the University SIS.
You will work with constituents in the continued development of CRM best practices as well as an ongoing review of admission business processes.
These include: -Identifying opportunities for technical improvements to work flows and efficiencies. -A strong communicator, the incumbent is responsible for implementing successful training and documentation of CRM functionality. -Updates to business processes and for staying abreast of new technologies and trends that enhance the office’s operations.
-Demonstrated experience in the core job requirement areas. -Knowledge and understanding of higher education Admission, Financial Aid and enrollment processes best practices. -Experience with CRM systems, preferably in higher education admission and/or financial aid. -Experience with system analysis, data analytics, reporting and data visualization. -Focus on detail and excellence in process and service.
-Experience with a university Student Information System is preferred. -Experience with SQL, HTML, while not required, is advantageous. -Experience with Slate strongly preferred.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel.
