Assist in administering an educationally sound competitive soccer program for female student-athletes, within the rules and policies of the Horizon League and NCAA legislated guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum five (5) years of collegiate soccer coaching experience. Strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills sets. Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations. Ability to be involved with the overall operation of the program, including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance and student-athlete development. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university's insurance carrier.
Master’s Degree with education and/or experience in leadership or coaching. National level coaching license.
