The Michigan State University National Superconducting Cyclotrom Laboratory seeks qualified candidates for the following full time positions: Engineering/Physicist Accelerator I. Provide engineering designs, analyses for particle accelerator applications; maintain Building Information Models using AutoDesk Navisworks and AutoCAD software for coordination of technical equipment with conventional facilities; provide engineering support for mechanical design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning of technical equipment; transform technical requirements into design solutions. Qualified candidates will possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mech Eng or related + 1 year exp. in any related engineering occupation. Must have exp in mechanical systems design using Solid works and AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling using Navisworks, exp with vacuum design practice.
