Provides technical support and oversight for Banner Student Records and other enterprise application systems
Perform Banner related processes such as, beginning and end of term processing, population selections, rolling courses and mass admitting and graduating students.
Troubleshoot Banner related and testing the system after Banner upgrades.
Liase with MIT (Montefiore Information Technology) to utilize full Banner functionality; follow-up with IT team to make sure all pending issues are resolved in a timely manner
Compile and maintain Argos reports
Generate new and specific purpose reports
Responsible for coordination with Montefiore Information Technology on all facets of IT projects and resources that impact the Registrar\u2019s Office
Maintain all non-Banner interfaces and integrations, such as eValue, One45, Canvas and Starfish
Transferring data from outside databases into banner and vice-versa.
Enrollment and degree verification reporting for the National Student Clearinghouse
Ensure compliance with academic, regulatory and accreditation policies and requirements; oversee routine and ad hoc data reporting.
In the absence of the Registrar, serve as a resource person in interpreting policies as it relates to the records and registration.
Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive communications with faculty, administrators, students, and external agencies.
Identify and solve complex problems to ensure that data integrity and processes meet service expectations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
