The Healthcare Technical Services group provides technical support for the Healthcare Application Management Division
The HCTS Cache\u2019 Database Administrator\u2019s primary responsibility is to support the OHSU Epic Enterprise Electronic Health Record Cache\u2019 database. Secondary responsibilities include supporting Epic Client System Management (ECSM) systems and other clinical information systems.
Provide technical support of the OHSU Enterprise Electronic Health Record including change control, software updates, environment management, Cache\u2019 database management, Epic workstation and printer management, data courier, third party system integration, Epic web services administration (BLOB, CareEverywhere, MyChart, Hyperspace WEB, OHSU Connect, and Interconnect), disaster recovery and business continuity access. This position also supports Imprivata enhanced sign on, and RightFax Enterprise Faxing.
Other responsibilities include assessing and implementing healthcare technologies and processes necessary for the successful implementation and operation of the healthcare electronic medical record system including but not limited to Epic and related third party systems.
