Research duties include but not limited to checking and mating mice and hamsters, ovary collection, in vitro organ culture, in vitro gene knockdown, tissue sectioning, morphological analyses, imaging, biochemical and molecular analyses, designing and doing experiments, regular discussion of scientific information including research findings with the mentor, and writing manuscript and presentation of data in scientific meetings. Responsibilities include animal handling, preparation of fine reagents, data analysis, animal surgeries, interaction with other researches working on reproductive biology, critical designing of experiments and supervise graduate students in the lab.
PhD degree Experience in biochemistry and molecular biology techniques. More specific research experience includes but not limited to harvesting and in vitro organ culture of mouse and hamster fetal ovaries, morphological analysis, ovary transplantation, and in vitro gene regulation.
