The Office of Human Resources a Coordinator to join its dynamic team HRIS team!
The primary focus of this position is the maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate processing of Payroll. This position serves as a point-of-contact for all HRMS transactional queries. The Coordinator also assists with HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and other projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience as HRIS, Payroll, or HR data entry and office experience
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Experience with an HRMS such as Banner HR
Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
Bachelor's degree in human resources/psychology/business administration/computer science
Experience in the use of databases such as MS Access and Power Point
