This position works Tuesday through Saturday, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Provide timely response to work requests that are submitted through campus, work order system or through notification by campus personnel
Repair and maintain building electrical systems and components; including breakers, outlets, switches, ballast, lighting fixtures, etc.
Repair and maintain building plumbing systems; including valves, faucets, traps, flush valves, toilets, etc.
Repair and maintain building mechanical systems; including fan-coil units, hot-water heaters, etc.
Complete preventative maintenance activities on building systems as assigned
Inspection and clearing of exterior drains, gutters, and downspouts
Delivery or equipment and supplies as directed
Accurate documentation of work activities and tasks completion
Adheres to all safety procedures and meets all safety requirements
Provide notification to supervisor(s) when additional support is needed
High school diploma / GED
Minimum two years of maintenance and / or construction experience
Valid / current driver's license
Basic computer skills
Salary Grade: 105 Hourly range: $15.00 - $17.50
