We are seeking a hands-on, adaptable, and detail oriented Development Specialist to work in our Advancement department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the Advancement initiatives such as:
Assisting in the administration of the Development and Alumni Relations programs.
Researching information and writing briefings on individual donors and prospects.
Maintaining complex current records.
Assisting with the coordination of special events to support prospect, stewardship and alumni efforts.
Collaborating in crafting and implementing communications for stewardship, solicitation and website distribution.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or other related degree program required.
One year of administrative assistance or other relevant experience required; demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
